Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs multiple times per hour.
• Stand for long periods (8–12 hrs).
• Climb ladders/scaffolding and wear a 30lb harness.
• Bend, stoop, kneel, crawl as tasks require.
• Operate small hand tools while in varied positions.
• Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, and assemble scaffolding.
• Signal equipment operators to guide movements of machinery and materials.
• Load, unload, or identify building materials and tools per project plans.
• Assist other craft workers as needed.
• Perform related duties and communicate information clearly.
• Maintain attention to safety and follow PPE procedures.
• Demonstrate detail orientation and safety knowledge.
