Job summary

Haase & Sons Construction in southeastern Wisconsin is seeking a reliable, experienced Construction Laborer to join our crew. The role requires driving company trucks to and from job sites and assisting with foundation repair, waterproofing, and concrete work.

You will operate hand and power tools, dig trenches, load materials, and help set up and clean up sites. A valid driver's license and a good driving record are required, with full-time, year-round work and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record is REQUIRED.
• Previous construction experience is preferred.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Reliable transportation to get to multiple job sites.

Responsibilities

• Drive company trucks to and from job sites.
• Assist with foundation repair, waterproofing, and concrete projects.
• Operate hand and power tools.
• Dig trenches and assist with excavation.
• Load, unload, and move construction materials.
• Set up and clean up job sites.
• Work alongside and assist other crew members.
