Qualifications

• Two years carpentry experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read construction blueprints and documents.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work in a crew.
• Willingness to follow safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist Construction Foreman in planning and organizing work.
• Construct post-frame buildings with a 3-4 member crew.
• Install footings, framing, building accessories, and sheathing.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Help train new crew members and complete projects on time.
