Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years carpentry experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read construction blue prints and other documents provided for the construction of the building.
• Knowledge and experience using hand tools, power tools and various construction equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Construction Foreman in planning, organizing, and constructing post-frame buildings with a 3-4 member crew.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Assist with job tasks to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.
• Support in training of crew members, including new hires.
