Responsibilities

• Preform detail bid documents, comprehend engineering specifications, technical and architectural plans to identify, evaluate and estimate materials, manpower, schedule and budget.
• Compile and present detail take-off information on spreadsheets of scopes of work, general conditions and itemized pricing (Material, labor, and/or subcontractor detail breakdown).
• Manage bid review process.
• Manage the solicitation of proposal requests to subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare final bid form for submission and/or delivery.
• Prepare proposal requests, submittals, and other duties as directed.

Job Description We are looking for an Experience Estimator that is a team player with long term commitment with the following requirements:

Preconstruction

• Preform detail bid documents, comprehend engineering specifications, technical and architectural plans to identify, evaluate and estimate materials, manpower, schedule and budget.
• Provide feedback from project site visits and perform assessments for proper estimating.

Estimating

• Compile and present detail take-off information on spreadsheets of scopes of work, general conditions and itemized pricing. (Material, labor, and/or subcontractor detail breakdown).
• Manage bid review process
• Manage the solicitation of proposal requests to subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare final bid form for submission and/or delivery
• Prepare proposal requests, submittals, and other duties as directed.
• Project Management experience preferred.
