Job summary

Blythe Construction is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher for outdoor projects in North Carolina. You will finish concrete slabs using floats, trowels, and screeds to meet texture specs and prepare surfaces for curing, working on or near roads and bridges.

Applicants should have 3–5+ years of related experience, the ability to read directions, and the physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work safely at heights. This role is on-site and weather‑exposed.

Qualifications

• Basic concreting skills including finishing and texture work.
• Ability to follow work directions and communicate with crew.
• 3–5+ years of industry experience preferred, not entry level.

Responsibilities

• Finish surfaces with floats, trowels, and screeds to spec.
• Spread and level concrete to required depth and texture.
• Mold expansion joints and edges; patch holes and repair surfaces.
