Tecta America Dakotas is hiring Experienced Commercial Roofers/Laborers to join our Mandan team. We’re looking for dependable, hardworking roofing professionals with safety in mind who can contribute to a strong team.

Earn $24-$36/hour DOE plus weekly pay, overtime, benefits after 90 days, a $2,000 referral bonus, travel incentives, and a 401(k) with company match. This outdoor role requires lifting, heights, and weather endurance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years commercial roofing experience required.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform demanding work.
• Valid driver license required.
• Experience with TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, or Modified Bitumen preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems.
• Work outdoors on active job sites.
• Follow safety procedures and job specifications.
• Lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work.
• Climb ladders and work at heights.
