Qualifications

• 3-5+ years' roofing (commercial) experience preferred.
• Experience with various commercial roofing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Ability to work and communicate with others.
• Ability to safety work at heights.
• Must pass Drug test and Criminal Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Install or replace a variety of commercial roofing systems including TPO, EMDM, and PVC.
• Install vapor barriers and/or insulation on roof decks and seal seams.
• Install, repair, or replace four- and single-ply roofing systems using waterproof sheet materials.
• Cut roofing paper to size and fasten to roofs to form base for other materials.
