Job summary

Commercial Express HVAC in Sterling, VA is seeking an experienced commercial plumber to join its growing Plumbing Division. You will install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems, read blueprints, and coordinate with HVAC and construction teams.

Qualifications

• Virginia Journeyman or Master Plumber License preferred (or ability to obtain).
• 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and code requirements.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems, including water supply and drainage systems, fixtures, and equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and implement effective solutions.
• Coordinate work with HVAC, construction, and other trades.
• Ensure work is completed safely and in compliance with applicable codes.
• Complete service reports and project documentation accurately.
