The ideal candidate will install plumbing systems in commercial new construction projects and work independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship and safety standards.

The role requires a Journeyman license, ability to read blueprints, and readiness to travel to job sites; pay is based on experience with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Current Tradesman or Journeyman Plumbing License is required.
• Two years in tradesman or journeyman license holder.
• Experience in commercial new construction plumbing.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial plumbing systems (water, sewer, gas) per plans.
• Install fixtures, drains, piping, and equipment per specifications.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and project specs.
• Perform rough-in and finish plumbing installations.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades on-site.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Minimum Requirements

• Current Tradesman or Journeyman Plumbing License (Required)
• Must have held your Tradesman or Journeyman license for a minimum of 2 years
• Experience in commercial new construction plumbing
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in various weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Install commercial plumbing systems, including water, sewer, and gas lines
• Install fixtures, drains, piping, and plumbing equipment according to plans and specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
• Perform rough-in and finish plumbing installations
