Middleton Heat & Air is seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Technician to support commercial, industrial, and institutional markets. This role requires at least 3 years of commercial HVAC experience, with strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and troubleshooting for related equipment.

Qualifications include a High School diploma/GED, 5 years as an HVAC technician (3 commercial), EPA 608 Universal Certification, and a valid Arkansas driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of commercial HVAC experience.
• Knowledge of maintenance procedures and troubleshooting for commercial/industrial HVAC systems.
• EPA Universal Certification (Section 608) required.
• Valid Arkansas driver’s license with insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on commercial HVAC systems to ensure high availability and energy efficiency for clients.
• Work cooperatively with a 2–3 person team when needed.
• Contribute to planning, scheduling, and safe work practices on commercial facilities.
