Primary Job Function: To provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of commercial and industrial heating and air conditioning systems and chillers according to company standards, providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Assist with training other Service Technicians.

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7.00 am to 5.00 pm; overtime may be required

Pay scale: $38 per hour and up depending on experience + Benefits

Required qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 5+ years experience in commercial or industrial HVAC
• Proficient in the service, diagnostics, and repair of:
  • Packaged rooftop units
  • Split system condensing / AHU systems
  • Air and water-cooled screw, scroll, and reciprocating chillers
  • Centrifugal chillers
  • Boilers
  • Pumps
  • Cooling Towers
• Certificate of completion from HVAC Technical School -
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
• NATE Certified
• Ability to travel to job sites out of town
• Ability to lift 50lb+, access crawlspace, and attics, use ladders
