Pay Range: $70,000 -$120,000 per year (based on experience)

Sign-on Bonus:

Up to $5,000 DOE Experience Required: 5 years Commercial HVAC Experience Required

Position Summary:

Dynamic Air Solutions is looking for experienced HVAC/R Service Technicians to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining and servicing all types of HVAC equipment, including package units, rooftop units, split systems, refrigeration equipment, light chillers, and small boilers from various manufacturers. Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting & Repair: Efficiently diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC/R equipment to minimize callbacks.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain open lines of communication with customers to build strong relationships and support their decision-making.
• Tool & Vehicle Maintenance: Keep tools in working order and maintain a clean, organized service vehicle.
• Electronic Documentation: Utilize provided electronic devices for daily paperwork, including check sheets and work orders.
