Job summary

Allegion in Illinois is seeking a CNC Programmer in Process Engineering. You will set up, program and operate CNC machines, review blueprints and documentation, and ensure safety and quality standards.

The role requires 5 years in CNC, proficiency with Fanuc controls, G and M code, and experience with Mori-Seiki, Haas, OKK, Takamaz, DN solutions or similar 4–5 axis machines. Shift is Noon–8pm or 2nd shift, full-time.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in setting up, programming and operating CNC equipment.
• Proficient with Fanuc Controls and G/M code for multiple controllers.
• Experience with macros, robotics, and 4–5 axis machining.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC machines for precision parts.
• Evaluate tooling and lead productivity and process improvements.
• Review prints, programs, tooling, and fixtures before setup to prevent interruptions.
