AWC Indeed in Conroe, Texas is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. You will set up, operate, and edit programs for CNC mills and lathes, following engineering drawings to produce precision components for industrial and commercial applications.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of production and job shop experience, strong troubleshooting, and a commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency. Onsite role with opportunities for training, career advancement, and benefits.

Qualificações

• 3 to 5 years CNC machining experience.
• Experience operating CNC mills and lathes.
• Familiarity with Fanuc controls and G-code programming.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes using Fanuc controls.
• Perform routine program edits using G code.
• Machine components per engineering drawings and specs.
• Support production runs and custom machining projects.
• Monitor operations and improve efficiency and quality.
• Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and programming issues.
• Read blueprints, GD&T requirements.
• Adjust tooling, speeds, and feeds for performance.
• Complete setup sheets and production documentation.
• Run multiple machines while maintaining quality.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Follow production schedules and shop workflows.
• Adhere to quality and safety standards.
• Assist with continuous improvement.
