Job summary

RBC Bearings Incorporated is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist in Ball Ground, GA to operate CNC mills and lathes, produce precision parts, and inspect components to spec. This role offers 2nd or 3rd shifts, competitive pay ($22–$25/hour with differential), and a strong benefits package, with opportunities for training, advancement, and contributing to aerospace manufacturing.

Ideal candidates are reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work standing for long periods in a fast-paced shop

Qualifications

• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs to load and unload material.
• Understand basic math.
• Dexterity: must be able to work with hands to handle parts and use controls on machines.
• Able to complete setups and troubleshoot on mills and/or lathes.

What You’ll Do

• Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts

Shifts Available

• 2nd Shift – Monday through Thursday 3pm – 1:30am
• 3rd Shift – Monday night through Friday morning 9pm – 7:30am
