Qualifications

• 3+ years CNC machining experience required.
• Ability to operate, set up and maintain CNC machines.
• Strong reading of engineering drawings and precision measurement.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC machines within tolerances per work instructions.
• Perform progressive machining on various parts and metals with tight tolerances.
• Change dull tooling and adjust offsets for wear as needed.
• Ensure product quality using OOQ standards and measurement tools.
• Perform routine PM maintenance and document results.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and follow GMP/GDP practices.
