Job summary

Avenues Home Care in Rossville, GA is seeking an Experienced CNA to care for elderly, disabled and those unable to care for themselves. You will assist with ADLs, medication assistance, household tasks, and provide compassionate, reliable care.

The role requires CNA or PCA license, CPR/First Aid, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and adherence to safety policies. We offer flexible schedules, health, dental, vision, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold CNA license or PCA license.
• CPR & First Aid certifications required.
• Negative TB test is required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs as per the client’s plan of care.
• Provide medication assistance, housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, shopping, transportation and companionship.
• Report daily activity to supervisor and maintain logs.
• Follow agency policies and HIPAA regulations.
