Avenues Home Care in Rossville, GA is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide - HHA to support elderly and vulnerable clients in the local area. You will perform ADLs, assist with medications, and provide companionship while maintaining safety and dignity.

The role offers flexible shifts including full-time, part-time, and PRN options, with benefits such as health and dental insurance, paid mileage and a strong focus on work/life balance.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families and supervisors.
• Ability to follow written and verbal care plans and instructions.
• Proficiency with Homecare Management System ClearCare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
• Provide medication assistance, light housekeeping, meal prep, shopping and transportation as needed.
• Report daily activities and any changes in condition to supervisor via agency system and logs.
• Maintain client safety, confidentiality and dignity at all times and document any concerns.
