Formación

• Prior medical assisting experience in a clinical setting (required).

Responsabilidades

• Assist physicians with direct patient care and clinical workflows.
• Perform phlebotomy and support diagnostic testing.
• Communicate test results and patient instructions clearly and compassionately.
• Manage scheduling, prior authorizations, and pre-certifications for MRIs and CT scans.
• Accurately document and write orders in a timely manner.
• Build strong, professional relationships with patients, families, and clinical staff.
• Maintain organization and efficiency in a deadline-driven environment.
