Responsibilities

• Draft, format, proofread and finalize litigation documents including motions, pleadings and discovery materials.
• Coordinate service of process and track proofs of service.
• E-file court documents in state and federal courts (CM/ECF) and ensure proper formatting.
• Assist with trial preparation and manage deadlines using calendaring software.
• Organize and maintain case files and client documents in the firm’s DMS.
