Kowalis Auto Group is seeking an experienced Service Technician to perform repairs and maintenance on a variety of vehicles. The role requires diagnosing and repairing engine, electrical, and chassis systems, testing components, and delivering quality service in a fast-paced dealership environment.

You'll work closely with the Service Advisor, provide accurate repair estimates, and ensure warranty work is carried out per manufacturer specs. Strong customer service and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Service Technician experience is required.
• ASE Certification is required.
• Broad knowledge of vehicle systems including engine, electrical and transmission.

Responsabilités

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies and procedures.
• Test-drive vehicles and diagnose components using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C.
• Communicate with Service Advisor to inform customers of additional services needed.
• Provide accurate estimates of time for repairs.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies and procedures
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are well-informed of any additional services needed
• Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Service Technician experience required
• ASE Certification required
• A-level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair
• Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies
• Ambitious, hardworking presence in a team environment

• Basic computer skills
