We are seeking an experienced Ford Certified Service Technician to join Ford of Arlington, part of the Clay Cooley Automotive Group, a successful dealership with a 25-year history in the DFW area. The technician will perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs, including specialized Ford repairs, and provide leadership within the service team.

Role Responsibilities

• Diagnose and Collaborate: Inspect malfunctioning equipment, diagnose issues, plan repairs, coordinate with parts and management, and ensure efficient service.
• Install, Repair, and Maintain: Install new systems and perform routine maintenance to ensure vehicle performance.
• Customer Interaction and Problem Solving: Communicate with customers, explain diagnoses, and resolve issues effectively.
• Document and Report: Record work performed and create detailed service reports.
