Duties

• Perform frame carpentry for residential and commercial projects, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to specifications.
• Install fixtures such as cabinets, doors, windows, and moldings with precision.
• Execute remodeling tasks, including the renovation of existing structures to meet updated design requirements.
• Apply stucco, plaster, and drywall techniques for finishing surfaces.
• Conduct caulking to seal joints and openings for improved insulation and aesthetics.
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications and requirements.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople, including electricians, to ensure seamless integration of various systems within the construction process.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
