Job summary

Consigli Construction 1 is seeking a skilled carpenter to design, build, install, and repair structures and fixtures on multiple job sites in California. You will work with wood, steel, plastic, fiberglass, and drywall, following detailed instructions for safe, precise results.

The role requires at least 7 years of hands-on carpentry experience, the ability to lift up to 100 pounds, and comfort with ladders/scaffolding. Full-time hours and on-site work in Camarillo area are expected.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of hands‑on carpentry experience.
• Ability to lift and carry loads up to 100 pounds.
• Comfortable climbing and working from ladders or scaffolding.
• Capable of standing and walking for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform work efficiently, safely, and accurately to meet production goals.
• Prepare project layouts and estimate dimensions (height, width, length).
• Read and interpret blueprints or instructions from supervisors.
• Select materials for tasks (wood, plastic, fiberglass, drywall).
• Use hand and power tools to construct, install, repair structures.
• Join materials using nails, screws, staples, or adhesives.
• Work at various heights using ladders, scaffolding, stilts, and beams.
• Inspect completed work to ensure code compliance.
• Install cabinetry, molding, partitions, doors, and windows.
• Create structural supports for concrete work (forms, bracing).
• Move and install machinery as required.
• Erect scaffolding and temporary structures as needed.
• Follow all safety and personnel policies.
• Travel to all assigned job sites as required.
• Perform physical activities such as lifting and climbing.
