Job summary

HUDSON CITY CONSULTING LIMITED LIAB is seeking an experienced Carpenter with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on carpentry experience. The ideal candidate will be skilled in residential and/or commercial construction, able to work independently, and committed to producing high-quality workmanship.

The role requires reading blueprints, measuring accurately, and installing wood and related materials. You will build, repair, and finish structures, operate tools safely, and maintain a clean, organized

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of hands-on carpentry experience.
Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately.
Experience with framing, finish carpentry, and general construction.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Measure, cut, and install wood and other building materials.
Build, repair, and install walls, framing, doors, windows, cabinets, trim, and other structures.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
Perform demolition, repairs, and finish carpentry as needed.
Ensure work is completed accurately and according to safety standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Collaborate with supervisors and other trades to complete projects on schedule.
