Midlothian, VA | Full-time | Onsite

You've spent years building your carpentry skills. We're looking for a company-ready carpenter who knows their way around a jobsite-and we're ready to provide the team, tools, benefits, and opportunities to put those skills to work.

Oh, and we'll buy the boots, too.

We're looking for someone with at least 3 years of professional carpentry experience who takes pride in craftsmanship, shows up ready to contribute, and understands the importance of taking care of both the project and the customer.

What You'll Get

• $25-$30/hour, based on experience
• Signing Bonus
• 100% company-paid health, dental & vision insurance premiums
• Paid Time Off (PTO)
• Retirement plan with company matching
• Bonus opportunities
• Company vehicle transportation
• Paid travel time to and from jobs
• Tools and trailers provided (excluding personal tool-belt items)
• Quarterly, paid community service opportunities
• Company-provided life insurance
• Team-building events and activities
• FREE work boots after 90 days - and another pair after 18 months

What You'll Be Building

Our Outdoor Division Tackles Substantial Residential Remodeling Projects, Including

• Decks and outdoor living spaces
• Screened and covered porches
• Framing and structural carpentry
• Window and exterior door installation
• Exterior trim and finish work and improvements
• Additions and other residential remodeling projects

What We're Looking For

You should have a minimum of 3 years of professional carpentry/construction experience, along with solid residential framing and carpentry skills.

We're also looking for someone who can read plans, measure accurately, solve problems in the field, work well independently and with a team, and maintain the level of craftsmanship our customers expect.

Just as importantly, you should be someone who is reliable, professional, safety-conscious, and respectful of our customers and their homes.

Build Something Better with Us

Paragon isn't a handyman service or a high-volume construction company. We're an established residential remodeling company focused on quality craftsmanship, organized project management, and an exceptional customer experience.

We provide the tools, equipment, transportation, support, and benefits you need to do your job well.

You Bring The Experience. We'll Bring The Opportunity.

And, yes... we'll bring the boots.

Paragon Construction is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Salary: $25 - $30 per hour
