Job summary

You will assist in building custom decks, porches, and outdoor living spaces, using hand and power tools safely, while learning carpentry skills from experienced builders.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in construction, carpentry, framing, or general labor preferred.
• Basic understanding and ability to demonstrate use of construction tools and job site safety.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately and transfer measurements to material.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building custom decks, porches, and outdoor living spaces.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Measure, cut, and install materials accurately.
• Support carpenters and team leads on active job sites.
• Help maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
