Position Overview

As a Carpenter - Exterior & Outdoor Living Specialist, you will play a key role in executing high-quality exterior construction projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes ownership of their work, and wants to grow within a structured, professional construction environment.

You will work alongside experienced team members to deliver projects that meet Paragon's standards for craftsmanship, safety, and client satisfaction.
