Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in building custom decks, porches, and outdoor living spaces
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Measure, cut, and install materials accurately
• Support carpenters and team leads on active job sites
• Help maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Learn carpentry skills and construction best practices through hands‑on training
• Contribute to projects being completed on time and with quality craftsmanship
