You will collaborate with project leaders and skilled trades to bring architect-designed homes to life, ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and schedule adherence. The role requires reading plans, strong attention to detail, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of residential carpentry experience.
• Experience with rough and finish carpentry.
• Ability to read construction drawings and plans.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently when needed.
• Professional attitude and strong communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform rough and finish carpentry on custom homes and residential renovations.
• Install framing, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, and other finish details.
• Read and follow construction drawings and project specifications.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites.
• Help identify and resolve field challenges.
• Work collaboratively with superintendents, project managers, and trade partners.
• Deliver quality workmanship while helping projects stay on schedule.

What You'll Do

As a Residential Carpenter, you'll work alongside experienced project leaders and skilled trades to help bring exceptional homes to life.

Your Responsibilities Include

• Perform rough and finish carpentry on custom homes and residential renovations


• Install framing, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, and other finish details


• Read and follow construction drawings and project specifications


• Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites
