Job summary

Schwieters Companies is seeking experienced finish carpenters to join our team in the South Metro area. This role emphasizes high-quality craftsmanship and long-term growth within a family-owned company.

You will complete interior finishes on new construction projects, installing cabinets, stair rails, and detailed moulding. Candidates should bring 3–4+ years of finish carpentry, a reliable work history, and a valid driver's license to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of finish carpentry in single family and/or multifamily new construction.
• Proven experience installing kitchen cabinets and stair rail systems.
• Strong work history and reliability.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Complete all interior finishing for single family and multifamily new construction.
• Install cabinets & vanities, stair rails, base, casing, shoe, crown moulding, doors and hardware, window sills and trim.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Other duties as assigned.

Experienced Finish Carpenter

Location: South Metro/Farmington/Lakeville Areas

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $25–$40/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40–50 hours/week, starting at 6am

Position Summary
