Homewatch CareGivers is seeking dedicated caregivers to support seniors in South Orange County, CA. You will care for clients in their homes, offering personal care, mobility support, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship.

You will work close to San Clemente, Mission Viejo, and San Juan Capistrano with a stable, repeat schedule. We offer a premium pay range of $21–$26/hour for the right caregiver, guaranteed 30 hours weekly, and benefits including paid training, mileage reimbursement,

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of caregiving experience; caring for a family member counts.
• California Home Care Aide registration, or willingness to register (we help).
• Current TB clearance is required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
• Genuine dependability is essential; clients rely on you.
• CNA or LVN is a plus.
• Great personality and ownership.

We're seeking a dedicated, reliable caregivers to care for our clients in South Orange County. Clients in San Clemente, Mission Viejo, and San Juan Capistrano, all within about 5-10 minutes of each other. You'll see the same familiar faces Monday through Friday, usually one or two clients a day, building the kind of trust that makes this work so rewarding. Good clients. Pleasant, manageable care. The kind of people you'll actually look forward to seeing.

Day shifts, Monday through Friday, close to home, with the same schedule week after week. And because your clients are minutes apart, you spend your day caring for people and not sitting in traffic.

Because we're looking for someone truly reliable, we will compensate for it: $21–$26 per hour, our premium rate, for the right caregiver.

What you'll do: help these seniors live safely and comfortably at home — help getting around, personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and warm, steady companionship. Nothing here is heavy or high-stress. What matters most is showing up when you say you will and treating these clients like family.

Experience we're looking for:
