Job summary

Homewatch CareGivers is seeking a dedicated, reliable caregiver to care for clients in South Orange County, including San Clemente, Mission Viejo, and San Juan Capistrano. You'll see the same familiar faces Monday through Friday, typically one or two clients per day, building trust and meaningful connections.

This on-site role offers day shifts, local routes to minimize commute and a premium pay rate of $21–$26 per hour for the right caregiver.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of caregiving experience; caring for a family member counts.
• California Home Care Aide registration, or willingness to register (we help).
• Current TB clearance.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
• Genuine dependability; these clients are counting on you.
• CNA or LVN is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help these seniors live safely at home with personal care, meals, light housekeeping, reminders, and companionship.
• Maintain a reliable Mon–Fri day-shift schedule with proximity to clients to minimize traffic.

We're seeking a dedicated, reliable caregivers to care for our clients in South Orange County. Clients in San Clemente, Mission Viejo, and San Juan Capistrano, all within about 5-10 minutes of each other. You'll see the same familiar faces Monday through Friday, usually one or two clients a day, building the kind of trust that makes this work so rewarding. Good clients. Pleasant, manageable care. Day shifts, Monday through Friday, close to home, with the same schedule week after week. And because your clients are minutes apart, you spend your day caring for people and not sitting in traffic.

Because we're looking for someone truly reliable, we will compensate for it: $21–$26 per hour, our premium rate, for the right caregiver.

What you'll do: help these seniors live safely and comfortably at home — help getting around, personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and warm, steady companionship. Nothing here is heavy or high-stress. What matters most is showing up when you say you will and treating these clients like family.

Experience we're looking for:

• At least 1-2 years of caregiving experience — caring for a family member counts
• California Home Care Aide registration, or willingness to register (easy, and we help)
• Current TB clearance
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check
• Genuine dependability — these clients are counting on you
• CNA of LVN is a plus
• Great personality and ownership
