Job summary

Freedom Home Care LLC in Orange County seeks dedicated caregivers to care for our clients in South Orange County. You'll work with the same familiar faces Monday through Friday, usually one or two clients a day, within 5–10 minutes of each other, building trust. Day shifts, close to home, same schedule week to week; you’ll spend more time with clients and less time in traffic. Premium pay: $21–$26 per hour for the right caregiver, with benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of caregiving experience — caring for a family member counts
• California Home Care Aide registration, or willingness to register (easy, and we help)
• Current TB clearance
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check
• Genuine dependability — these clients are counting on you
• CNA of LVN is a plus
• Great personality and ownership

Responsibilities

• Help seniors live safely and comfortably at home with assistance getting around.
• Provide personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
• Give warm, steady companionship and manage medication reminders.

We're seeking dedicated, reliable caregivers to care for our clients in South Orange County. Clients in San Clemente, Mission Viejo, and San Juan Capistrano, all within about 5-10 minutes of each other. You'll see the same familiar faces Monday through Friday, usually one or two clients a day, building the kind of trust that makes this work so rewarding. Good clients. Pleasant, manageable care. Day shifts, Monday through Friday, close to home, with the same schedule week after week. And because your clients are minutes apart, you spend your day caring for people and not sitting in traffic.

Because we're looking for someone truly reliable, we will compensate for it: $21–$26 per hour, our premium rate, for the right caregiver.

What you'll do: help these seniors live safely and comfortably at home — help getting around, personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and warm, steady companionship. Nothing here is heavy or high-stress. What matters most is showing up when you say you will and treating these clients like family.
