Job summary

Assisting Hands Home Care is seeking compassionate Home Care Aides to support seniors across Loudoun County, VA. We offer full-time, part-time and temporary positions with a flexible schedule and paid training.

Join a team that values independence, dignity and professional growth while delivering high-quality in-home care. You will help clients with personal care, meals, light housekeeping, mobility and medication assistance, and accompany them to appointments.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assist with mobility and transfers safely.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide companionship and engagement with clients.
• Support meal preparation and feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, organizing).
• Assist with mobility, transfers and use of assistive devices.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Administer medications as directed.
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands.
• Maintain care documentation and follow all agency policies.
