Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Encouraging and supporting the individual during home activities.
• Assisting with personal hygiene tasks.
• Meal preparation and light cleaning.
• Ensuring individual's safety and maintaining a safe living environment.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individual to social events.
• Promote communication, choice, independence, and socialization.
• Complete daily progress notes.

The individual is a 24-year-old young manin need of acaregiver to support him with personal care, household chores, and activities other than video games. He enjoys basketball, bowling and video games.

This is an independent contract position and pays$15.00 per hour

Schedule: Saturdaysfrom 9am - 3pm
