Job summary

Brazos Home Care in Texas is seeking seasoned caregivers who are ready to hit the ground running, to provide personal care and companionship to local clients in the Navasota and Brenham areas.

You’ll support mobility, meal prep, and light housekeeping while maintaining client dignity. You will work independently with flexible scheduling and competitive pay, helping local families manage daily needs and transitions.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience (CNA/HHA certification a plus).
• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation — you'll need it out here.
• Someone who works well independently and takes initiative.
• A steady, trustworthy presence that clients and families can count on.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and assistance with daily activities.
• Supporting clients with mobility, meal prep, and light housekeeping.
• Offering companionship and maintaining client dignity at every visit.
• Keeping the care team informed of any changes in client condition.
