Home Matters Caregiving is seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care and companionship in the Greater Cleveland area. Our caregiver-first philosophy puts team members at the heart of our work, ensuring support and respect in every assignment.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, light housekeeping, meal prep, personal hygiene, and mobility support, while following care plans and reporting changes promptly to the care team.

Responsibilities

Caregivers are responsible for providing quality in-home care and companionship to our clients, including assistance with light housekeeping, meal preparation, personal hygiene, and daily living activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 21 years of age (some exceptions may apply)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 year of formal caregiving experience in senior care

• Reliable transportation

• Familiarity with basic first aid procedures

• Valid driver’s license

• Personal vehicle with proof of auto insurance

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. using safe, ergonomic techniques

• Able to stand, walk, reach, crouch, use hands and fingers

• Able to communicate clearly and effectively

• Physically and mentally able to drive a vehicle

COMPENSATION

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Pay: $14–$18 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
