Qualifications

• CNA/HHA certification preferred.
• Experience in in-home care or caregiving.
• Ability to assist with daily living tasks and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene, ambulation and transfers support.
• Assist with dressing, grooming and meal preparation.
• Accompany patient to errands or medical appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping and medication reminders as directed.
• Support hospice care and range-of-motion exercises as prescribed.
• Use lifting equipment for patient mobility and safe handling.
