Job summary

Right at Home is seeking CNA's, HHAs, and Direct Care Workers to join a compassionate in-home care team, delivering clinical expertise in patients' homes. You can help clients stay comfortable at home while supporting daily activities and medical needs.

Qualifications

• Experience as CNA/HHA or direct care worker in home-care settings.
• Ability to assist with personal care, mobility, and daily activities.
• Willingness to follow care plans and document care provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and grooming.
• Assist with ambulation/transfers.
• Dressing/Shaving as needed.
• Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions.
• Accompany patient on errands or medical appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping activities.
• Provide hospice supportive care.
• Medication reminders.
• Assist with prescribed range of motion exercises.
• Care for bed-bound patients.
• Incontinence care.
• Use lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lift.
