Right at Home Lima is hiring Direct Support Professionals to join a dynamic in-home care team, delivering clinical expertise in the home. You will help clients stay in the comfort of their homes and assist with daily living activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in assisting with activities of daily living and providing personal care.
• Ability to support clients with ambulation, transfers, dressing, and grooming.
• Familiarity with medication administration and safety in home care.

Responsibilities

• Perform personal care activities to assist patients with daily living.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers as needed.
• Support dressing and shaving.
• Prepare meals and snacks per instructions.
• Accompany patients to appointments and errands.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks in the home.

Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living. These could include (but are not limited to):
