Job summary

JSM Care Inc. is seeking an Experienced Caregiver for remote, in-home support in the United States. This role offers full-time or part-time hours with reliable scheduling in Manteca, focusing on one-on-one client care and dignity-preserving support.

You will perform daily living tasks, monitor health, and maintain clear communication with supervising clinicians. Training and career ladders are provided, including potential progression pathways.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Home Health Aide (HHA) program (or equivalent).
• At least 1 year of paid home-health, hospice, or facility experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized daily living assistance, Safely transfer clients and support with bathing and mobility.
• Maintain a healthy home environment with light housekeeping and linens changes.
• Provide medication and wellness checks, reminders, and document vitals or observations.
• Engage clients with mind-body activities, such as reading aloud or simple chair exercises.
• Maintain detailed care notes and report changes promptly to RN or Care Supervisor.

How You’ll Make a Difference

• Personalized Daily Living Assistance – Safely transfer clients, support bathing/grooming, and help with mobility devices.

The Skills & Heart You Bring
