Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized daily living assistance and safely transfer clients, supporting bathing and mobility.
• Maintain a healthy home environment by changing linens, light laundry, and keeping spaces clean and hazard-free.
• Deliver medication reminders and wellness checks, recording basic vitals or observations.
• Engage clients with mind-body activities to stay alert and active.
• Document care notes and promptly share changes with the RN or Care Supervisor.

The Skills & Heart You Bring

• Completion of an accredited Home Health Aide (HHA) program (or equivalent).
• At least 1 year of paid home-health, hospice, or facility experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication—you’re comfortable updating digital care logs.
• CPR certification (or willingness to earn within 30 days).
• A genuine desire to foster trust and dignity for every client you serve.
