Job summary

Right At Home South Orange County is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors in our community. You will provide companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and help with daily activities, while reporting to the care team.

We offer paid training, free vision and dental insurance, medical plans, a 401(k), and weekly pay with overtime opportunities. The role includes a $300 sign-on bonus and requires a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Passionate about providing care to those in need.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check, DMV check, and drug screening.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English.
• Strong work ethics and willingness to learn.
• At least 1-2 years in an assisted living facility, memory care, or 1:1 support in the home.
