Job summary

Right at Home South Orange County is seeking an experienced caregiver to join our team for 24-hour shifts in South Orange County, California. We offer competitive benefits and a locally owned office with a focus on quality of care.

Pay ranges from $19 to $22 per hour, with a $300 sign-on bonus and weekly pay. Eligible employees receive vision/dental and medical insurance, a 401(k), and opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• Passionate about providing care to those in need.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check, DMV check, and drug screening.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English.
• Strong work ethics and willingness to learn.
• 1–2 years’ experience in an assisted living facility, memory care, or 1:1 home support.

Pay Range: $19-$22/hr

Caregiver Job Responsibilities

• Assistance with bed bathing/shower assistance, bathroom assistance, ambulation, and medication reminders
• Light housekeeping
• Errands
• Documentation and reporting back to the care team

Job Requirements
