Right at Home South Orange County is seeking an experienced caregiver to join our team for 24hr shifts in South Orange County, from Southern Irvine to San Clemente. We offer $19-$22 per hour with weekly pay and paid training.

Benefits include a $300 sign-on bonus, free vision and dental insurance, medical plans, 401(k), and opportunities for overtime. Must have a valid driver's license and pass background checks.

Caregiver Job Responsibilities

• Light housekeeping
• Errands
• Documentation and reporting back to the care team

Job Requirements

• Passionate about providing care to those in need
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check, DMV check, and drug screening
• Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English
• Strong work ethics and willingness to learn
• At least 1-2 years in an assisted living facility, memory care, or 1:1 support in the home
