Job summary

Elara Caring is hiring a Caregiver Personal Care Aide (PCA) to support clients in home settings. The role focuses on compassionate, hands-on care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance, with a strong emphasis on safety and respect for each client.

Ideal candidates bring at least 6 months of caregiving experience, dementia care know-how, reliable transportation, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

As a Caregiver, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks

What is Required?

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable personal transportation to travel to client homes
• Ability to lift, stand, bend, and assist clients as needed (up to 50 pounds)
