Elara Caring is hiring a Caregiver Personal Care Aide (PCA) to provide compassionate in-home support. You will assist with bathing, grooming, transfers, meal prep, household tasks, and companionship to improve quality of life for clients in Wichita Falls, TX. Earn up to $16 per hour with daily pay options and flexible scheduling.

This role requires reliability, good communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior caregiving experience is preferred; training is provided.

• Experience providing care to elderly or disabled individuals preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments (when applicable)
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client
