Job summary

Comfort Keepers in Seneca, SC is seeking experienced Skilled Caregivers to provide in-home care for seniors in Seneca, Clemson, Walhalla, Westminster, Salem and surrounding communities.

We offer day, evening, overnight, weekday and weekend shifts, with competitive pay, flexible scheduling, benefits, and training to support your growth in in-home care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• Experience with hands-on personal care and ADLs.
• Weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care to help seniors stay safe and engaged at home.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility.
• Support transfers, mobility, and daily activities.
• Prepare meals and remind about medications.
• Light housekeeping and transportation to appointments.
• Engage clients with conversations and activities.

Do you have a passion for helping seniors live safely, independently, and with dignity in the comfort of their own homes? Comfort Keepers® is seeking experienced Skilled Caregivers to join our growing team serving Seneca, Clemson, Walhalla, Westminster, Salem, and surrounding communities.

If you're an experienced caregiver who enjoys building meaningful relationships while providing exceptional hands‑on care, we'd love to meet you. We are hiring for day, evening, overnight, weekday, weekend, full‑time, and part‑time shifts.

What You’ll Do

As a Skilled Caregiver, you’ll provide personalized, one‑on‑one care that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and engaged at home.

Personal Care

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, hygiene, and mobility
• Provide safe transfers and ambulation assistance
• Assist with feeding and other activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Encourage independence while ensuring client safety and comfort

Specialized Care

• Provide compassionate care for clients living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia
• Support clients with chronic conditions, limited mobility, hospice support, and recovery after hospitalization
• Observe changes in clients’ condition and communicate concerns with the care team

Companionship & Home Support

• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with medication reminders
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands when needed
• Engage clients through conversation, activities, and our Interactive Caregiving™ approach that promotes purpose, connection, and joy

Qualifications

We’re looking for compassionate professionals who are committed to providing exceptional care.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• Experience providing hands‑on personal care and assistance with ADLs
• Availability to work weekend shifts
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance
• Ability to pass background checks and meet employment requirements
• Dependable, compassionate, patient, and professional

Experience as a CNA, HHA, PCA, Skilled Caregiver, Home Care Aide, or Personal Care Assistant is strongly preferred.
